Net Neutrality Goes Back To Court

https://n.pr/2S3CPISPresident Donald Trump talks with Ajit Pai, chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, at the White House in November. Under Pai, the FCC repealed Obama-era net neutrality rules. A federal court reviews that decision in oral arguments today.

It's the first major court challenge since the Trump administration rolled back Obama-era net neutrality rules. Challengers say the FCC is abandoning its responsibility to ensure an open internet.
